rates, fees & insurances

The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 53 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Requests to change the 53-minute session needs to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance. Here is an overview my services and fees: 

• Therapy Intake (60 Minutes)- $150.00

• Therapy Session (53 Minutes)- $125.00

• Family Session (53 Minutes) - $125.00

Good Faith Estimate: Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Superbill, Charge Slips, Fee Tickets: The list of services you obtained from a healthcare provider is displayed in a superbill. You might have to give your insurance provider a superbill to get paid for services. The procedure for receiving and submitting a superbill should be discussed with the insurance company.  

All co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles are due at the time of service by cash, check, credit card, or HSA/Health Saving Account card.
